The Tunisian Talents United (TTU) successfully held the first session of the TTU Forum 2021 on December 18, 2021. The session was part of a series of events aimed at aligning influential Tunisian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and prominent individuals towards a common goal: serving and addressing the most urgent needs and aspirations of Tunisia post July 25, 2021.

TTU, established in 2016, has been at the forefront of identifying, attracting, developing, and coaching Tunisia’s greatest young talents and potential future leaders from across sectors and worldwide. The association brings together local and international Tunisian professionals to share their global experience, know-how, and guidance across a series of forums, workshops, and engagement platforms. These initiatives are designed to inspire and steer the next generation of future leaders.

The TTU Forum 2021 builds on past efforts that TTU has devoted to Tunisia’s development. The forum covers a wide range of vital topics, including energy, leadership, education, healthcare, security, entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, strategic positioning of the state, state vision, and governance structure reform.

TTU’s unwavering core values of integrity, excellence, and civility guide all its initiatives. The association’s vision is to inspire and effect change that will contribute to a brighter future for Tunisia through the development and empowerment of human capital. TTU focuses on areas where it can make the most impact: learning, skills, employability, and networking. The ultimate goal is to shape the Tunisian talent base, making it globally competitive, highly demanded, and capable of positively impacting the Tunisian economy.

The TTU Forum 2021 is a testament to TTU’s commitment to Tunisia’s development. As we look forward to more insightful sessions, we invite everyone to join us in our journey towards a brighter future for Tunisia.
