Welcome to Tunisian Talents United
Who We Are
TU is a unique meeting point bringing together local and international Tunisian professionals and leaders from across the globe and from different sectors. We have made an effort to have sufficient diversity of gender, skills, experience, age, as well as a geographic representation from across Tunisia. Our aim is to foster the next Tunisian leaders, across the globe.
We have taken great care to ensure a balanced representation. By gathering individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives, we aim to drive progress in numerous domains and inspire positive change on a global scale.

Tunisian Talents United
Chairman of the Board message
« It is with tremendous pride that we established the Tunisian Talents United (TTU) Association. The founding members of TTU, created the association with the aim to identify, attract, develop and coach Tunisia’s greatest young talents and potential future leaders. We will bring together local and international Tunisian professionals from across the globe to share their experience, know-how and guidance across a series of forums, workshops and engagement platforms, which will inspire and steer the next generation of future leaders.
United by our unwavering core values of integrity, excellence, civility and work value, our vision is to inspire and affect change that will contribute to a brighter future of our great country, Tunisia, through the development and empowerment of our human capital.
We will focus on what we can impact most: learning, skills, employability and networking. Our goal is to shape Tunisia’s talent base so it becomes globally competitive, highly demanded, and capable of positively impacting Tunisia’s economy. »

Tunisian Talents United
President message
« I am deeply honored to have just been elected President of Tunisian Talents United (www.ttu.ngo), and I carry this responsibility with humility, conviction, and renewed energy. Two years ago, when I became Vice President, I shared a belief that remains unchanged: Tunisia’s greatest resource is its people—resilient, educated, innovative, and deeply rooted in a culture of aspiration and excellence.
This human capital, shaped by decades of investment from both the Tunisian state and families, continues to be our nation’s most promising foundation. Yet Tunisia today is navigating a defining period—marked by economic fragility, social tensions, and urgent environmental risks. In parallel, the global context grows ever more complex, with accelerating shifts in technology, climate, and geopolitical alignments.
Despite this, I believe more than ever in the potential of Tunisian Talents. In fact, many of our brightest minds have chosen to leave the country—not out of disloyalty, but in pursuit of growth, opportunity, and dignity. While this may appear as a loss, we at TTU see it as part of a broader ecosystem: when Tunisians thrive abroad, they grow individually—and they continue to carry Tunisia in their hearts. Their personal development enriches their families back home, and their eventual contributions—economic, intellectual, and emotional—flow back to the country. In time, what may seem like brain drain becomes brain gain.
At TTU, we are committed to enabling Tunisian Talents—at home and abroad—to succeed individually and to contribute collectively. Whether in education, agriculture, health, energy, finance, technology, logistics, or public service, our mission is to create meaningful bridges between Tunisians worldwide to co-create a better Tunisia.
Our vision demands more than talent. It demands ethical leadership, clarity of purpose, collaborative spirit, and effective action. We must shape a development model that earns trust, attracts investment, and inspires participation—especially from the next generation of changemakers.
We must also be honest: the future will not wait. It must be green, inclusive, and anchored in shared values. Climate change, economic transition, and social transformation are not distant threats—they are urgent realities. But with unity, purpose, and courage, Tunisians can rise to the moment.
Now is the time to move forward—not with nostalgia, but with resolve. Let’s embrace all Tunisians—those who remain and those who have left—and get our acts together to make Tunisia thrive again: economically, socially, and ecologically.
With deep love for Tunisia and all Tunisians. »
