Mr. Chariag is currently serving as board director and chair of the remuneration committee with Helmerich and Payne inc. , a NYSE listed global leader in oil and gas drilling technology. He is also serving as board director and member of the nomination and governance commitee with Harbour energy PLC., a London listed global independent oil and gas company
He has extensive experience in the energy, materials and chemicals industries having held a variety of executive leadership positions with multinational companies such as Schlumberger (SLB) and Baker Hughes for over 3 decades.
Most recently, Mr. Chariag was chairman, President and CEO of Ecovyst Inc., a
NYSE listed leading global provider of catalysts technologies , materials, specialty chemicals and services.
