Safia Ben Gara is co-founder and Head of Project Management of Bootstrappee Inc., a Canadian corporation based in Ottawa, helping founders and organizations turn technical and creative solutions into profitable enterprises. Her path into consulting ran through the communications industry and Hollywood post-production, where she coordinated and managed the VFX workflow supporting the making of beloved films and tv-series, an experience that shaped her instinct for orchestrating complex, creative, high-stakes work.
That same instinct drives her commitment to community. As Secretary General of Tunisian Talents United (TTU), Safia works to connect emerging Tunisian talent with global opportunity, a cause she first served as a volunteer, later leading the marketing campaigns for TTU- Tunisia's official side events at COP28 Dubai and COP29 Baku. Supporting the next generation and lending her skills to social and environmental causes across borders has been the through-line of her journey.

Her commitment to impact took root early. As a student, she helped launch HAYAT through ENACTUS ESCT, a platform built with the Tunisian Ministry of Defense to prevent deaths caused by national blood-bank shortages, and served on the national executive board of the Tunisian International Model United Nations, drawn to diplomacy and the craft of eloquence.

Academically, Safia holds a Research Master's (MSc) in Decision and Intelligent Computing Applied to Management, with a specialty in Optimization and Intelligent Systems, and contributed to research on Canada's National Artificial Intelligence Strategy at Université Laval in Quebec. A recognized pitcher in entrepreneurship competitions including the Hult Prize and CEED C2C, she is guided by a simple belief: as long as we are learning and dreaming, we are on the right path.
