With over 45 years of international leadership in the energy sector, Mr. Nejib Zaafrani has held key roles across the MENA region, Europe, Asia, and North America — including First Secretary General & CEO of Dubai’s Supreme Council of Energy and senior executive at Royal Dutch Shell. Today, he serves as a global advisor to governments and major institutions.

As Co-Founder and Chairman of TTU, he is passionately dedicated to inspiring and mentoring a new generation of Tunisian talents and leaders, driven by the belief that Tunisia’s brightest future lies in the hands of its youth.
